Her advisory focus is on corporate transactions and financing for international companies and financial investments, joint venture arrangements and restructurings.

She has advised on various outstanding acquisitions during her many years of consultancy work. One focus of her advice in the mid-2000s was the billion-euro investments in German real estate companies. She then advised large international infrastructure funds on investments in pipelines, storage businesses, utilities and energy companies.

Her experience also includes transactions in the transport and logistics, automotive and metalworking industries.

At the Berlin office, she also regularly advises on acquisitions of e-commerce, internet, media and telecommunications companies as well as companies in the healthcare sector.
