Francesca Galeazzi

I lead the sustainability, climate and decarbonisation advisory services for real estate at KPMG Advisory in Germany as well as in the EMA region.
 
My professional career spans 24 years of experience in sustainability and decarbonisation consulting for real estate and infrastructure, which I gained at Arup. I joined KPMG in August 2024 to support clients in the construction and property sector to develop sustainable value chains.
 
I have an international background, having lived and worked in Australia, the UK, India, China and Germany. I combine this experience with in-depth technical expertise and many years of consulting experience. The aim of my work is to support companies in realigning their business models for the future while contributing to social transformation.
