Marcus Aberl

Marcus Aberl studied business administration at the Ludwig Maximilian University of Munich (Dipl.-Kfm. 1994), is a tax consultant (1999) and certified public accountant (2002). He specialises in national and international tax law in the areas of M&A, reorganisations and restructurings and advises clients in post-closing tax matters. His clients come from the corporate, financial services, private equity and infrastructure sectors. In addition to industry, mechanical engineering and automotive, his sector experience also includes alternative assets such as renewable energies and infrastructure as well as technology and media. He has advised on both small and large transactions up to billion dollar transaction volumes. In total, he has 15 years of tax M&A experience in various sectors for companies in industry, financial services as well as financial investors. He is a regular speaker at universities and client seminars.
