We keep looking for ways to reduce our environmental footprint
In the past year, we made significant progress in sustainability. Among other things, we improved our waste-sorting system and joined a project that recycles coffee grounds and uses them to produce other products. During the pilot year, we collected nearly five tons of used coffee grounds.
Our branches in Brno, Ostrava, and České Budějovice use only clean energy, meaning energy from renewable sources. In 2025, we plan to install solar panels at our Prague office to cover part of its daily consumption.
Our people’s opinions matter to us
In the annual Global People Survey (GPS), we ask employees how they feel in the company, what they think about how it operates, and where they see room for improvement.
We discuss the results in smaller teams across the company and then prepare a step-by-step action plan. In 2025, we will focus mainly on technology, communication, and leadership.
Helping with what we do best, where it’s needed
Employees can take part in volunteering activities both during working hours and in their free time. We regularly organize events focused on environmental sustainability and current social issues, involving non-profit organizations and social enterprises. We also support the non-profit sector financially.
