Dominic has extensive experience in M&A and corporate finance advisory, supporting clients on their buy-, sell- or fund raising journey. He has been involved in a number of domestic and international M&A transactions for corporate and private equity clients across different sectors and countries. Dominic is delivering value by advising businesses in complex deal environments throughout the entire M&A lifecycle, starting from initial transaction ideas up to the successful signing of a deal. Besides advising on M&A deals, Dominic also worked on separation and integration projects.

  • Dominic joined KPMG Thailand in 2019, focusing on M&A financial advisory. He has previously been working for the Swiss KPMG member firm with the same specialization on M&A.
  • Dominic’s client base ranges from national and international companies to small private family-owned businesses. His industry experience covers amongst others industrial markets, consumer goods, food & beverage, logistics, TMT and life sciences.

  • Led the M&A sell-side process for a leading Thailand-based food manufacturer and distributor on the sale of a significant majority stake to a financial investor.

  • Supported a Japanese Tier-1 manufacturer of home appliances and equipment on the sale of its Thai manufacturing unit to a global trade buyer

  • Led the M&A sell-side engagement for a leading Thai e-commerce and mobile solutions platforms on its merger and over USD 100 million capital injection in the new entity, culminating in one of the largest ever fund raising by a Thai tech company

  • Provided M&A sell-side lead advice for a leading global logistics and freight forwarding company on the sale of its contract logistics business to a strategic buyer controlled by a private equity firm

  • Dominic advised on numerous additional inbound and outbound transaction across a variety of industries and client types over the past years.
