Mischa Steen

Mischa has over 10 years of experience in Risk Consulting, specialising in governance, risk and compliance. Mischa has worked with clients of all sizes to identify and manage risks relevant to their operations, infrastructure and environment, and implement compliant and commercially relevant solutions.

Mischa started with KPMG Australia in 2013 before joining KPMG UK in London from 2018, where he focused on conduct and customer risk management support for clients across all segments of the financial services sector. In the UK, Mischa supported clients in navigating regulatory risk management across a broad range of sources and subject matter including UK Legislation, the Financial Conduct Authority, the Prudential Regulation Authority, the Competitions and Markets Authority and European Union directives/regulations.

In 2023, Mischa rejoined KPMG Australia as part of the Privacy and Data Protection team and has since been working with clients to navigate their privacy and data management risks in the evolving regulatory and economic environment.
