Dom is a partner in the Commercial Advisory & Transactions team within KPMG’s Infrastructure, Assets & Places division.  

For almost 30 years, Dom has used his legal and commercial experience to help the public and private sectors work together to deliver aspirational urban development outcomes in a manner that is both commercially viable and sensitive to the needs of the community and environment. 

Dom has a detailed understanding of property development gained through firsthand delivery experience. He is passionate about the ability of informed planning, infrastructure and property development to creating a lasting legacy that advances society through the way people live, work, learn and play. 

Dom specialises in urban renewal and precinct master planning strategy and implementation. He has a proven track record in working with and negotiating agreements between the public and private sectors to establish new development markets and achieve a range of development outcomes including affordable housing and community facilities.  

Prior to joining KPMG, in 2014 Dom and Andrew Iles created the development advisory firm NAVIRE. The NAVIRE team joined KPMG in April 2022.
