Assistant HR Director, Talent Management

Our client is the market leader of its sector, business in Hong Kong and APAC regions.

• Reporting to HR Director
• Define and deliver the overall talent management planning to support the business plan by working collaboratively with HR teams and external consultants
• Initiate, lead and implement talent management projects to support organisation growth and development
• Conduct talent assessments and identify development needs to support career progression
• Monitor and analyze talent metrics to track the effectiveness of talent management initiatives
• Identify the training needs, develop and execute the training curriculum for the organisation with business leaders
• Other ad hoc projects as assigned

• Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources Management, Psychology, or other related disciplines
• At least 15 years’ relevant experience, ideally from an MNC and corporate setting
• Proven track record in collaborating with senior management for Talent Management related deliverables
• Proven project management skills, with experience managing multiple, cross-functional projects
• Experience in learning outcome evaluation and learning curriculum designs
• Has a pleasant personality and possess good presentation skills
• Able to work independently and under pressure
• Excellent command in written and spoken English and Chinese
