Senior Finance Manager Financial Controller (Manufacturing & Trading)

Our client is a privately owned company primarily engaged in manufacturing and trading business.

• Responsible for all-rounded financial and accounting functions including financial and management consolidation reporting, budgeting, cashflow management, liquidity management, cost control and internal control, etc.;
• Oversee the overall financial performance and position of the group as well as changes that may have impacted the business;
• Ensure timely preparation of financial and accounting reports of operating subsidiaries and group consolidation reports to top management;
• Handle exchange market, to deal with USD, RMB, HKD and VND;
• Assist in the preparation of transfer pricing documentation, including local files of Hong Kong and the Chinese Mainland;
• Maintain a professional relationship with internal and external parties such as auditors, lawyers and bankers;
• Perform ad hoc projects as assigned.

• A bachelor’s degree in finance and accounting;
• At least 10 years of proven experience in finance and accounting management;
• Detailed and proactive work approach with strong business sense;
• With good fiscal knowledge under the HK Inland Revenue Department;
• Member of HKICPA or equivalent;
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills, flexible and possessing good planning ability;
• Excellent command of written and spoken English and Chinese;
• Candidates with less experience can be considered as Senior Finance and Administration Manager.
