PE Post-Investment Specialist

Our client is a well-established Chinese PE fund house.

• Continuously track the operation and financial status of the invested enterprise, identify, warn, and manage project risks.
• Continuously analyze the industry and regional economy involved in the investment project, and capital market.
• Carry out regular project risk classification assessment and risk screening of projects.
• Provide value-added services for portfolio invested companies.

• Full-time Master’s degree or above from top institutions, engineering or finance, finance, and law majors are preferred.
• Work experience: 5 years or more of equity investment related work experience, in which one of the following three backgrounds is preferred: 1. Legal education background, and working experiences in entity enterprises / investment institutions (licensed financial institutions or private equities) / law firms. 2. Familiar with capital market and experience in funds / secondary market. 3. Experience in entity enterprises or post investment management in financial institution, and have a sound understanding and research of a specific industry.
• Professional skills: 1. Familiar with the operation and management of equity investment industry. 2. Solid financial analysis ability or strong legal professional ability.
• CPA, CFA and legal professional qualifications are preferred.
