Our client is a famous Chinese PE fund house.

• Research and track trends of the private equity investment field and provide financial professional advice for the preliminary demonstration of the proposed investment project.
• Independently conduct financial due diligence of investment projects to avoid investment risks.
• Analyze the invested projects from a financial perspective for completing post investment management.

• Full-time Master’s degree or above from top institutions, major in finance and finance is preferred.
• 5 years or working experiences in equity investment related, experience in large accounting firms and well-known financial advisory institutions is preferred.
• Solid industry knowledge in finance, finance and investment.
• Sound knowledge in financial analysis, experiences in valuation models, and familiar with equity investment and due diligence process.
• CPA, CFA, ACCA and other professional qualifications are preferred.
