The Client

Our clients is a large and industry-leading organization, business in HK & PRC. They are looking for high calibre HR Head for leading their HR & Administration functions.

Responsibilities

  • Initiates & implements HR strategies to foster sustainable growth within the organization
  • Manages full spectrum of HR functions in HK Office, including but not limited to recruitment, employer branding, staff engagement & retention, C&B, L&D, and performance management, etc. 
  • Collaborates with cross functional teams to ensure HR & Admin strategies are align with organizational objectives
  • Provides advise to department heads/ managers on best practice in all HR-related issues
  • Develops and implements new HR initiatives to streamline HR workflows, as well as policies and procedures to ensure compliance and continuous improvement
  • Reviews and improves existing C&B schemes to cope with the external market intelligence to stay competitive among the industry
  • Leads the development of succession planning for all levels to sustain and support the business expansions
  • Prepares various HR reports for management review
  • Assists in ad-hoc HR project as required

Requirements

  • Degree holder in Human Resources, Business Administration or related disciplines; MBA is a plus
  • At least 10+ years of solid leadership experience, preferably with experience in PRC operations
  • Team player with excellent leadership skill, and stakeholder management skills at all levels
  • Attention to details, mature, self-motivated with excellent interpersonal skills
  • Good business acumen and analytics skills
  • Excellent interpersonal and problem solving skills
  • Familiar with Employment Ordinance, related local law & regulation
  • Proficiency in written and spoken English and Chinese
