Sales Trader

Our client is a well established brokerage securities.

• Develop relationships with clients through sales trading
• Maintain good and timely trade executions to clients, with pre-trade and post trade analysis to optimize execution performance
• Work closely with institutional sales and maintain good relationships with institutional clients;
• Provide market color / trade ideas to institution clients
• Prepare daily trading summaries and reports related to dealer activities
• Dealing in Fixed Income products and coordinate internally on client needs
• Liaise with system vendors on algo strategies, connectivity and system enhancements and upgrades

• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent professional qualification
• Extensive knowledge of trade execution, trading systems, and algorithmic strategies,vwap, twap, PWP,transcation cost analysis fidessa, equities financing
• Minimum 3 years sales trading / dealing experience (HK equities, China Connect) with strong understanding of the Greater China equity market
• Highly motivated, organized and well planned with strong desire to succeed - Customer-oriented mentality, proactive personality
• Hard working, able to work under pressure, tight schedule
• Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese (including Mandarin)
