Our client is a Chinese medicine trading company with long history.

• Manage and optimize the company's overall business operations to enhance efficiency and profitability
• Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and buyers of their key sales channels
• Oversee the medicine registration process and ensure compliance with relevant regulations
• Monitor inventory levels, logistics and distribution to meet customer demands
• Identify and implement process improvements to streamline workflows
• Manage a team of operational staff and provide leadership and guidance
• Travel to Mainland China occasionally to visit suppliers or to meet business needs

• Minimum 15 years of experience in Operations Management, preferably in the Pharmaceutical or Trading industries
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively liaise with suppliers and buyers
• Familiar with inventory control and logistics
• Demonstrated ability to lead and motivate a team to achieve operational excellence
• Interest and curiosity in traditional Chinese medicine, although prior experience is not essential
• Willingness to travel to Mainland China occasionally
• Proficiency in Chinese (and basic English)
