• Act as a Responsible Officer (RO) with the SFC for Type 4&Type 9 regulated activities and ensure compliance with all applicable laws, rules, and regulations.
• Manage investment portfolios especially with the focus equities. Optimize the return with measurable risk exposure. Monitor investment transactions and portfolio performance to achieve the investment objectives.
• Lead the investment and research team and perform investment research. Formulate strategy for the investment portfolios.

• Bachelor’s Degree in Finance, Economics, Accounting or related disciplines from a recognized university.
• Professional qualification in investment is preferred(CFA,CPA,FRM,CAIA).
• 10+ years proven experience in asset management companies or fund houses, solid knowledge in SFC regulations and compliance.
• Current SFC Type 4 and 9 RO status or eligible to act as RO for Type 4, and 9 regulated activities.
• Experiences with SFC investigations would be a plus.
