IT Manager - Infrastructure

Our client is a reputable Chinese financial institution.

• Manage IT infrastructure and security with professional practice to ensure defined Service Level Agreement is consistently met.
• Contribute and execute strategies on or maintain new infrastructure, security and office automation projects in accordance with the corporate development plan and operational requirements.
• Perform incident management, problem resolution and production change control.
• Manage user support, network, OS, database, storage and security.
• Provide strong support to application team for day to day operation and projects.

• Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Studies / Information Systems Management or related disciplines.
• At least 5 years’ relevant experience, with at least 1 year of experience at managerial position.
• Possess hands-on experience in Windows, Linux, network management tools, firewall, security, VPN, VMWare vSphere and Veeam backup, etc.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with IT and business stakeholders.
• Fluent in Chinese (Cantonese/Mandarin) and English.
