Financial Controller

Our client is a privately owned company with 3 different business operations in HK & China.

• Reporting directly to Owner.
• Responsible for all-rounded financial and accounting functions including financial and management consolidation reporting, budgeting, cashflow management, liquility management, cost control and internal control, etc.
• Oversee the overall financial performance and position of the group as well as changes that may have impacted the business.
• Perform risk management by analysing the company’s liabilities and investments.
• Maintain a professional relationship with internal and external parties such as auditors, lawyers and bankers.
• Perform ad hoc projects as assigned.

• A Bachelor’s Degree in Finance and Accounting.
• At least 10 years of proven experience in finance management.
• Detailed and proactive work approach with strong business sense.
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills, flexible and possessing good planning ability.
• Excellent command of written and spoken English and Chinese.
