Director of Sustainability

• Develop and implement the sustainability strategy of the organisation to align with the agreed aims and objectives as well as to stay abreast of international trends
• Work closely with different departments for implementing the sustainability projects
• Monitor the progress of all sustainability activities, including but not limited to education & training, standard setting, etc.
• Collaborate with local and international agencies, oversea professional bodies and local stakeholders for building a comprehensive sustainability framework for Hong Kong
• Deliver the sustainability programmes throughout training, advocacy, community relations etc.
• Manage the communication channels to strength the positioning of the organisation and widen the understanding of the importance of sustainability to its members and other stakeholders.
• Represent and demonstrate international presence in relevant international groups
• Initiate collaborations to develop an comprehensive sustainability ecosystem developments in Hong Kong

• Bachelor’s Degree or above
• A professional accounting qualification/ membership with at least 10 years of post-qualification experience is required
• Proven record in involving into sustainability projects or related work
• Strategic thinking, with change management mindset
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills to cooperate with senior members/ stakeholders internally and externally
• Well-organised, able to work independently and in teams
• Good command of English and Chinese, both written and spoken
