Director of IT Transformation - Corporate Systems and Logistics Process

Our client is a leading retailer with strong global presence.

• Lead IT transformation initiatives for the group in terms of corporate systems and logistics management, including assessment of current systems, identification of process improvements, and implementation of new technologies
• Develop and execute transformation roadmap whenever necessary, aligning it with the group's strategic objectives and timelines
• Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including operations, supply chain/logistics and finance to gather requirements and ensure successful implementation
• Analyze existing corporate systems and logistics processes to identify areas for improvement, streamline workflows and enhance system integration
• Evaluate and select suitable ERP systems and logistics software solutions in regard to business requirements and long-term goals
• Oversee the implementation and integration of ERP and logistics systems, ensuring smooth migration, data integrity
• Support internal teams during the transformation process, including training, change management and troubleshooting
• Stay updated with industry trends and emerging technologies in transformation of corporate systems and logistics management

• Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
• At least 10 years in IT transformation, particularly in the areas of corporate systems and logistics, preferably in large-scale organizations
• Strong knowledge and understanding of ERP systems, logistics management and/or supply chain processes
• Demonstrated track record of successfully leading and delivering IT transformation projects of corporate systems
• Excellent communication and presentation skills to C-suite executives
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a strategic mindset and attention to details
• Fluent in both Chinese and English
