• Manage a team of 2 for C&B operations including but not limited to payroll management, MPF, taxation, insurance and benefit administration as well as salary benchmarking
• Streamline C&B processes and workflow
• Work closely with HR teams, departments and external parties in various C&B projects
• Review and update HR handbook and P&P to align with Group’s practice and compliance with statutory requirements
• Assist annual C&B exercises such as insurance renewal, salary review, performance bonus, benefits review, manpower budget
• Support ad-hoc projects

• Degree holder in Human Resources Management or equivalent
• Minimum 15 years solid experience in payroll management and compensation & benefits, preferably in medium to large organizations; track records in Streamline workflow
• Knowledge in SAP SuccessFactors, Kingdee and IPL
• Well-versed in Hong Kong Employment Ordinance and other HR related regulations
• Good communication and problem-solving skills
• Proficient in English and Chinese, including written chinese
