• Initiate and develop strategy plan to enhance the international recognition of its membership qualification
• Strength relationship with key international partners, explore the partnership and collaboration with global, regional and overseas professional bodies in areas of their common interest such as professional advocacy and development, talent attraction, etc.
• Identify new and emerging trends of the organization and its member, and to monitor the development progress
• Handle matters in relation to member relations and the compliance programme, and comment on strategy and governance consultations
• Act as alternate Global Accounting Alliance Board member, propose and monitor the organisation’s overall participation in related working groups
• Provide support and advise to organisation nominees appointed to serve on various Board, committees and advisory groups, including attendance at meetings and providing input to projects
• Handle nominations, liaising as necessary with relevant department heads, including identification appropriate candidates for its international representation and for positions on international bodies deemed
• Other ad hoc projects as assigned

• Bachelor’s Degree or above
• A professional accounting qualification/ membership with at least 10 years of post-qualification experience is required
• Good understanding of key themes and issues that the professional bodies are facing nowadays
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills to cooperate with senior members/ stakeholders internally and externally
• Well-organised, able to work independently and in teams
• Good command of English and Chinese, both written and spoken
