Finance Director - Investor Relations

Our client is a global visual effects and digital production company.

• Reporting to CFO, serve as a strategic finance partner to the executive team
• Investor relations focus to pipeline IR roadshows and maintain relationships with financial institutions, with the focus on the US capital market.
• Take the lead to develop and deliver high-quality presentation
• Collaborate with cross-function teams, and to provide insights and recommendations to drive business growth and performance
• Ensure thorough knowledge of US listing rules and requirements for operating in the US market
• Support ad hoc projects as assigned

• University degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field
• At least 8 years of extensive experiences
• Proven track records in corporate finance, especially with exposure to US capital market and US SEC rules/ regulations
• Professional qualification/ membership (such as a CPA license holder of a State of US / AICPA) or other finance certification is preferred
• Demonstrated expertise in investor relations, stakeholder presentations, and managing relationships with financial institutions
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate financial data into actionable insights
• Familiarity with US GAAP and SEC reporting requirements
• Native-level proficiency in English is preferred with knowledge in other languages (such as Chinese)
• Excellent written and verbal communication and presentation skills
• Station in Hong Kong office, with frequent travel
