• Office document management: including secretarial work, office documents circulation and daily management of the CEO office meeting.
• Meeting management: sorting out the company's meeting materials and process arrangement.
• Archives management: responsible for the collection, sorting and compilation of archives.
• Contract management: responsible for contract management collection, sorting, cataloguing and other work.
• Travel, meeting and itinerary arrangement etc.
• Complete other related work according to department arrangement.

• Sense of organization, discipline, and integrity.
• Bachelor degree or above in Administration, Chinese or etc.,
• 3-5 years or relevant working experience.
• Good writing communication and coordination skills, strong problem solving abilities.
• Full proficiency in MS Suite.
• Able to work under pressure.
