Technical Lead

Our client is a digital driven branding firm.

• Determining project requirements and developing work schedules for the team.
• Delegating tasks and achieving daily, weekly, and monthly goals.
• Liaising with team members, management, and clients to ensure projects are completed to standard.
• Identifying risks and forming contingency plans as soon as possible.
• Analysing existing operations and scheduling training sessions and meetings to discuss improvements.
• Updating work schedules and performing troubleshooting as required.
• Motivating staff and creating a space where they can ask questions and voice their concerns.

• Degree holder in Operations Management, Supply Chain Management or other related discipline.
• Minimum 8 to 10 years’ experience of similar roles for complex technology solutions with demonstrated ability to set goals and deliver results on schedule.
• Must be a strong role who is proactive, highly organized, excellent at multitasking, comfortable under pressure, and able to work effectively as a team leader.
• Fluent Chinese and full working proficient English is a must.
• Experience of working in Advertising agencies and a full knowledge of digital production processes.
