The Client

Cayman Fund with a HK licensed (1 & 9) manager with an office in the heart of Central. You will be responsible to interact with the fund administrators on capital calls and compiling quarterly reports, and banks on money transfers, work with auditors on fund accounting and audits, work with AML officer and offshore legal on certain compliance matters such as monthly FRR filing with the SFC and other compliance related matter. Executive assistance task will also be required i.e., Travel arrangement.

Responsibilities

Investment operational support (80%)

  • Coordinate and support operational activities including capital call preparation, distribution notices, and financial report verification.
  • Ensure effective collaboration with fund administrator, banks, and third-party service providers for tasks such as cash reconciliation, investor onboarding, and regulatory filing.
  • Verify financial reports and NAV reports prepared by the fund administrator and accountants.
  • Ensure regulatory adherence and compliance with SFC and Cayman Island guidelines through collaboration with vendors and legal counsel.
  • Oversee the FRR filing to SFC from preparation to submission on a monthly basis.
  • Support the development and implementation of operating policies and regularly update policies and procedures.
  • Liaise with banks on foreign exchange transactions for non-USD deals.
  • Other ad hoc projects

Other general support (20%)

  • Assist in implementing, monitoring, and supporting all operational aspects of the business.
  • Organize board meetings and assist in writing minutes.
  • Coordinate and execute various administrative tasks, including travel arrangements.

Requirements

  • Degree holder in Operations Management, Supply Chain Management or other related discipline
  • At least 15 years of supply chain and operations management working experience, in which over 10 years at managerial level
  • Experience in food and beverage manufacturing industry and familiar with FMCG industry operations is a must
  • Proven record in driving operational excellence and implementing process improvements
  • Strong business acumen, leadership skills, excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Well-organized, detail-minded, strong strategic thinking
  • Good command of written and spoken Cantonese and English, with business proficiency in Mandarin
