Operations Director, F&B Manufacturing & Supply Chain

Our client is one of the market leader in F&B manufacturing industry, production in HK and products are consumed across the Asia-Pacific region.

• Lead and manage a large team across procurement, supply management, production, engineering, QAQC, R&D, warehouse and distribution departments
• Develop and execute strategic plans to optimize performance and ensure alignment with overall business objectives
• Provide guidance, coaching, and mentoring to drive high performance and continuous improvement
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to maintain operational excellence with best practices and process improvement from product development to launch, in respect of timely delivery of high-quality materials at competitive prices as well as manufacturing/logistics costs and
• Establish and maintain strong relationships with internal stakeholders, external partners, and regulators to facilitate smooth operations and compliance with relevant regulations; while adhering to timelines and budgetary constraints
• Stay updated on industry trends and technological advancements to drive innovation and maintain a competitive edge in the market

• Degree holder in Operations Management, Supply Chain Management or other related discipline
• At least 15 years of supply chain and operations management working experience, in which over 10 years at managerial level
• Experience in food and beverage manufacturing industry and familiar with FMCG industry operations is a must
• Proven record in driving operational excellence and implementing process improvements
• Strong business acumen, leadership skills, excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
• Well-organized, detail-minded, strong strategic thinking
• Good command of written and spoken Cantonese and English, with business proficiency in Mandarin
