Director of Sales and Marketing/ Director of Sales

Our client is from hospitality sector.

• Develop efficient sales and marketing strategies to meet revenue targets and brand positioning
• Oversee the hotel's sales activities, not limited to identifying and targeting key market segments, establishing relationships with corporate clients, travel agencies, event planners, or any other potential business partners
• Stay up-to-date with the market trends to identify market opportunities, customer preferences and emerging trends, and collaborate with revenue management to set pricing strategies
• Formulate and manage efficient and effective digital and social media marketing initiatives
• Lead the hotel's branding and creative teams to develop compelling marketing materials, advertising campaigns and events
• Conduct reports with sales and marketing performance metrics and present findings to senior management

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, or a related field
• At least 15 years of relevant working experience
• Candidates with experience in Sales only will be considered as Director of Sales
• Knowledge of the hotel industry with track record of driving revenue growth within hotel industry
• Excellent communication and presentation skills
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Proficient in both Chinese and English
