Director of Finance - Hotel

A hospitality brand is now looking for a passionate finance professional to manage one of its 5-star hotels in Hong Kong.

• Reports to the General Manager, supervises a middle size team for all financial and accounting functions, including but not limited to, completing month-end closing, preparing budgets, financial and management reports in a timely and precise manner, etc.;
• Provides advice to the Management on finance planning and facilitate a review of business performance;
• Assists in formulating and reviewing accounting policies and procedures, set internal control and guidelines with key stakeholders;
• Involves in ERP or relevant system implementation and enhancement projects;
• Monitors and improves financial controls and reporting in compliance with relevant regulatory and requirements;
• Co-ordinate and deal with various local government officials, external auditors, bankers and vendors;
• Handle ad-hoc assignments as required.

• Bachelor's degree or above in accounting, finance, or a related field with a CPA qualification;
• Minimum 10 years of relevant experience with similar role in 5 stars hotels;
• Detailed oriented, with strong problem-solving and analytical skill, self-motivated and able towork under pressure with "can-do" spirit;
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with stakeholders at all levels;
• Experience in ERP implementation and enhancement projects would be a plus;
• Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese.
