Digital Marketing Manager

Our client is a sizeable retail brand.

• Formulate and deliver comprehensive digital marketing strategies aligning with company's business goals
• Create and manage digital marketing campaigns across diverse platforms, including SEM, SEO, social media advertising, email marketing, and display advertising
• Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify target audiences, industry trends and opportunities for growth
• Work closely with internal teams to develop marketing materials
• Analyze and conduct report on key performance metrics and campaign effectiveness using different analytics tools
• Optimize digital marketing campaigns to continuously improve conversion rates and ROI
• Stay updated with the latest digital marketing trends and technologies
• Manage and allocate the marketing budget effectively
• Collaborate with external agencies or vendors if necessary

• Bachelor's degree in marketing, business administration, or a related field
• Minimum of 5 years of relevant working experience
• Proven work experience as from retail/ FMCG sector or agencies
• Knowledge in digital marketing tools and platforms such as Google Analytics, Google Ads, Facebook Ads Manager, etc.
• Strong analytical skills and communication and interpersonal skills
• Creative mindset and strong project management skills
• Proficient in both Chinese and English
