Responsibilities

  • Proactively build a positive learning culture
  • Analyze and anticipate Company’s training & development needs
  • Oversee Individual Learning & Development Plan (ILDP) of all staff
  • Keep abreast with the latest leadership and customer service trends
  • Source and work closely with external learning providers to explore all aspects of learning resources and solution proactively
  • Design & deliver tailor-made customer service & leadership training programmes
  • Drive the desired culture and staff behaviours to achieve Company Vision, Mission and Key Values

Major Tasks and Activities

  • Design, deliver and evaluate customized learning solutions / training programmes for all levels ofstaff
  • Ensure our customer-centric service up to market trend and provide relevant training to our customerfacing staff
  • Plan and develop our management development initiatives
  • Uphold in-house mandatory e-learning
  • Develop programs and training to drive company culture and deepen our staff understanding and behavior to support our company’s vision, mission and key values
  • Conduct field coaching and assist in operational training
  • Support and monitor training budget and training administration
  • Perform ad-hoc duties as assigned

Requirements

  • Bachelor Degree in Human Resources, Psychology or other related disciplines
  • 10 years training design and delivery experience
  • Proven track record in customer service training and selling skills
  • Experience in management training delivery preferable
  • Experience & business knowledge in retail industry or consumer banking industry will be an asset
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills; ability to work with all staff at all levels
  • Ability to coach for effective performance
  • Strong sense of ownership and servicing mindset; Able to work independently
  • Meticulous, strong analytical ability and good with details
  • Excellent command of both spoken and written English and Chinese
