Human Resources Manager, Business Partner & Policies

Our client is a large Chinese conglomerate in Hong Kong.

• Design and formulate HR policies to meet Company’s directions and align with the market best practice
• Review existing HR policies and procedures and ensure they are properly implemented and compliance with local law
• Act as the focal point for designated departments, advise and collaborate with department managers to support business objectives
• Manage the full spectrum of the employment process, including recruitment, package proposal, performance management, professional development, and exit management, etc.
• Handle regular HR reporting and data analysis as required

• Bachelor degree in Human Resources or related disciplines
• Minimum 8 years’ hands on experience in HR generalist, preferable in Chinese firms or SOE organisations
• Well-versed with Hong Kong Employment Ordinance and MPF regulations
• Highly motivated who can work independently
• Equipped with strong problem solving skills, attention to details, analytics skills
• Proficiency in both written and spoken Chinese (Cantonese & Putonghua) and English and Chinese Word Processing
