The Client

Our client is from consumer sector in which has sizeable operation in mainly Hong Kong.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement a comprehensive employer branding in terms of internal and external communication strategies that aligns with the company's goals and objectives
  • Create and maintain an effective communication framework, ensuring timely and accurate dissemination of information to employees at all levels
  • Define and execute communication plans for key initiatives, such as organizational changes and corporate announcements
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather information, identify communication needs, and ensure consistent messaging across all external and internal channels
  • Manage and oversee the production of communication materials, including newsletters, email communications, intranet content and presentations
  • Implement innovative communication tools and technologies to enhance communication effectiveness and engagement
  • Provide strategic counsel to senior leaders on communication matters
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including senior executives, department heads and employees
  • Monitor and measure the effectiveness of communication initiatives, utilizing feedback and analytics to continuously improve communication strategies
  • Stay informed about industry trends and best practices in communication, bringing fresh ideas and innovative approaches to the organization

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in communications, public relations, or a related field
  • Minimum of 20 years of relevant working experience in communications
  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage and inspire a team of communication professionals
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to tailor messages for different audiences and channels
  • Strategic thinker with the ability to align communication initiatives with business goals and objectives
  • Demonstrated ability to build strong relationships and collaborate with stakeholders at all levels of the organization
  • Proficient in using communication tools and technologies, including intranet platforms, email marketing software, and collaboration tools
  • Good command of BOTH Chinese and English
