Finance Officer, Financial Reporting

Our client is a dynamic and fast-growing asset management company, dedicated to providing exceptional financial services. We are currently seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Finance Officer to join our team and support our financial reporting efforts. This is an excellent opportunity for a recent graduate or entry-level professional to gain valuable experience in a professional setting and contribute to the success of our organization.

• Assist in the preparation of financial statements, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements.
• Prepare supporting schedules and documentation for financial reports.
• Conduct analysis of financial data to identify discrepancies and variances.
• Ensure accuracy and completeness of financial records by reconciling accounts and investigating any discrepancies.
• Assist in month-end and year-end closing processes.
• Collaborate with other teams to gather necessary information for financial reporting.
• Maintain and update financial databases and systems.
• Assist in the development and implementation of internal controls and procedures.
• Support external audits by providing necessary documentation and explanations.

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• Strong understanding of basic accounting principles and financial reporting standards.
• Proficiency in MS Excel and other accounting software.
• Excellent attention to detail and strong analytical skills.
• Ability to work independently and meet tight deadlines.
• Effective written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong organizational and time management abilities.
• Knowledge of relevant accounting regulations and compliance requirements is a plus.
• Previous internship or work experience in accounting or finance is desirable but not mandatory.
