Our client is a leading international technology solutions company.

• Responsible to lead all technical aspects including IT infrastructure, security, procurement, governance, technical solutions review, etc.
• Define and implement the internet technology strategy and product strategy making
• Design and develop system architecture and network structure
• Liaise other function teams on the perspective of business and system design
• Formulate practical or creative customer-oriented technology tools and solutions
• Manage the cost control and annual budget

• At least 10 years of experience in IT management including delivery of IT programmes, provision of IT governance and etc
• Proven experience working with international management teams and/or board of directors
• Knowledge of approaches to IT risk management and audit, IT performance management, IT architecture and operations
• Experience in setting IT policies for architecture
• Proficient communication skills and interpersonal skills
• Well organized and possess strong leadership skills
• Fluent in English and Chinese
