(Associate) Director of IT

Our client is a hospitality group with sizable operation globally.

• Oversee the management and maintenance of the group's technology infrastructure, including networks, servers, and hardware/software systems
• Ensure the availability and reliability of IT systems, troubleshooting technical issues, and implementing necessary upgrades or improvements
• Provide advice on technical support to end-users, proactively identify and troubleshoot technical problems with effective solutions to enhance operational efficiency
• Collaborate with internal teams/ departments and external vendors to address IT-related issues and ensure timely resolutions
• Lead the integration of various systems and applications, ensuring seamless data flow and efficient processes
• Identify opportunities for system optimization, streamline workflows, and implement enhancements to improve overall system performance
• Develop and implement data security measures, ensuring compliance with industry standards and regulations

• Bachelor degree in Information Technology, Computer Engineering or any related disciplines
• Minimum of 10 years of experience in Information Technology, with a proven track record of successfully managing complex IT projects and teams
• Strong knowledge and experience with hotel-related systems, such as Property Management Systems (PMS), Point-of-Sale (POS), and Guest Reservation Systems (GRS) and etc.
• Excellent stakeholder management skills, with the ability to effectively communicate and present technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences at top management level
• Well-organised, possess strong leadership and time management skills
