Director of Manufacturing

Our client is a renowned industry leader in fashion lingerie and swimwear manufacturing.

• Supervise General Managers to develop and execute strategic plans to drive operational excellence across multiple factories
• Advise the manufacturing teams, to upkeeping the quality standards, production schedules, cost optimisation as well as operational efficiency
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive continuous improvements
• Monitor and analyze key performance indicators for driving business growth
• Foster a culture of safety, employee engagement, and talent development in accordance with international standards and regulations
• Develop a robust Manufacturing M&A function in supporting anticipated inorganic growth, leveraging best practices in align with company directions

• Master's degree in Engineering, or relevant discipline
• At least 10 years of leadership experience in manufacturing operations within a multinational corporation; Proven experience in leading transformation projects
• Strong business acumen, with In-depth knowledge of manufacturing processes, quality management, and continuous improvement methodologies such as Lean Six Sigma
• Excellent communication, stakeholder management and problem-solving skill
• Familiarity with international manufacturing standards and regulations
• Willingness to travel as required
