Manager, Digital Transformation

Our client, a leading property developer in Hong Kong, is looking for a high calibre to drive their upcoming new digital transformation projects for the group.

• Work closely with various business units to drive the digital transformation in the organization, understand the business needs and problems encountered, and provide suggestions to drive business values
• Prioritize IT demands, plan program roadmaps, and formulate optimal digital and IT solutions aligning with company and IT strategic objectives
• Create business cases, budget plan and project charter
• Initiate and define the project scope, requirements and timeline. Execute the projects in various digital domains with proper project governance and control
• Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders at all levels, including business stakeholders, business analysts, technical teams and vendors
• Identify project risks, propose mitigation plan and monitor risk status; and handle project changes and exception according to governance procedures
• Ensure smooth transition to operation and delivered sustainable benefit upon project closure

• Over 8 years of IT project management / PMO experience, of which at least 5 years of experience in Digital or IT transformation project management and vendor management
• Project management experience in digital transformation, mobile / web development or robotic process automation (RPA) is an advantage
• Hands-on experience in designing application solutions for large enterprise
• PMP or Scrum certified is an advantage but not a must
• Excellent presentation and interpersonal skills to work with all level of stakeholders
• Excellent command of written and spoken Chinese and English
• Bachelor’s degree or above in Business Management/ Business Administration, Information Technology or related disciplines
