IT Project Manager

Our client is one of the leading hospitality groups.

• Oversee and manage project resources effectively through appropriate matrix management, and identify project stakeholders at an early stage
• Prepare, organise and supervise projects in delivering required business solutions within agreed timescales and budget.
• Clarify scope of the project, manage project objectives, risks, issues and dependencies with other projects.
• Work closely with IT and Business users to deliver the product as specified, on time and within agreed budget
• Support actively the cross team/division/department efforts and model collaborative behaviours.
• Assist in managing project quality, standards and resource management of IT Infrastructure programme
• Typically manage projects which may have several directly controlled multi-disciplinary teams, which may be in multiple locations.

• A bachelor’s degree or above in Computer Science or other related disciplines
• 10-15 years of work experience in IT industry maintaining, managing complex production, and testing environments within a sizable organisation, with at least 8 years’ experience in leading medium to large scale IT infrastructure or operations project
• Solid experience in delivering mission critical system
• Ability to hold technical conversations with vendor
• Great understanding of end to end process management
• Strong communication skills, able to effectively communicate with Management at Executive level
• Excellent command of spoken and written English
