Senior Manager / Manager, Human Resources Business Partner

Our clients is a large and industry-leading organization. They are looking for high calibre HR professionals to join their HRBP team.

• Act as a Human Resources Business Partner to provide a full set of HR account services covering recruitment, performance management, employee relations, staff movement etc.
• Provide daily support to business units to ensure the business needs are properly and timely met
• Manage full cycle of recruitment and onboarding logistics
• Prepare various HR reports for management review
• Be aware of the local regulations, suggest and collaborate with the relevant HR partners to review, update and implement HR policies & procedures to ensure its legal compliance

• Bachelor’s Degree in BBA, Human Resources or other related disciplines
• At least 10 years of work experience in HR field in sizable organisation, preferably from listed company / luxury retail
• Well-versed in Hong Kong employment and tax laws, and other regulatory practices
• Strong communication, problem solving and project management skills
• People oriented and capable of teamwork
• Excellent command of written and spoken Mandarin and English
• Candidate with less experience will be considered as Manager
