Our client is one of the market leading property developers, they are looking for high calibre HR professionals to join their HR team.

  • Reporting to the Senior Manager – HRBP; Partner closely with HRBP and hiring managers to identify the hiring needs, job requirements and selection criteria
  • Overall design and implementation of talent acquisition strategy and employer branding initiatives in accordance with the Group strategy
  • Continuously review the end-to-end hiring journey and to support the talent pipeline and succession planning
  • Develop various partnerships and programs to support a variety of talent acquisition strategies including professional network, university recruitment, NGO etc.
  • Develop and analyze key metrics focused on recruitment effectiveness and efficiency to ensure the achievement of desired goals
  • Participate in other projects as assigned


  • Bachelor Degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, and other relevant disciplines
  • At least 8 years of experience, strongly preferred in Property Development and Retail industry with agency and MNC experience
  • Track record in developing and implementing innovative and effective recruitment strategies and channel management – including social media, targeted networking and process design
  • Experience in HRIS implementation is highly preferred
  • Strong sense of ownership and business acumen to build positive partnerships and work collaboratively
  • Self-starter with a “can-do” attitude and exceptional critical thinking and problem-solving capabilities
  • Excellent command of written and spoken English & Chinese (Cantonese and Putonghua)
