The Client

Our client is one of the market leading property developers, they are looking for high calibre HR professionals to join their HR team.

Job Highlights

  • Formulate staff engagement strategy
  • Participate in various engagement initiatives
  • Collaborate with various stakeholders


  • Reporting to the Head of HR
  • Formulate a comprehensive, innovative and sustainable staff engagement strategy aligning to company directions as well as location needs
  • Develop and drive staff engagement programs including conducting staff focus groups and engagement surveys
  • Lead the team in the creation and implementation of innovative engagement initiatives and activities
  • Provide advice and handle employee relations matters, including but not limited to staff grievances, complaints and disciplinary management, etc.
  • Ad hoc projects as assigned


  • Degree holder in Human Resources Management or related discipline
  • At least 8 years of relevant experience in employee engagement in sizable organizations or MNCs
  • Good project management, presentation and facilitation skills
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills with both external & internal parties including staff of all levels from various Departments, external organizations, charities, suppliers, service providers and community
  • Detail-minded and good problem-solving skill
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Word and PowerPoint
  • Excellent command of written and spoken English & Chinese (Cantonese and Putonghua)
  • Able to travel for business is required
