Credit Risk AVP (MIS Reporting)

Our client is a Chinese joint-stock commercial bank (Hong Kong branch).

• Responsible for credit risk exposure and concentration risk computation, limit monitoring and control, asset quality monitoring, etc.
• Responsible for MIS reporting and regulatory reporting
• Support the Financial Department in the calculation and reporting of IFRS9 provision & impairment figures
• Perform data extraction and portfolio analysis as required by senior management or regulators
• Enhance internal credit policies and ensure full compliance with regulatory requirements
• Drive credit risk management system enhancement and automation
• Internal rating monitoring and control
• Credit review overdue monitoring

• Degree holder in Banking & Finance, Risk Management, Accounting, Information System or related disciplines
• Minimum 5 years of experience in Banking and Finance with relevant experience
• Good Knowledge of risk management concept, primarily credit risk, IFRS9, loan classification and BASEL
• Excellent data analytical, quantitative and problem-solving skills. Hands-on experience using statistical or programming tools such as SAS or EXCEL BA will be an advantage
• Familiar with HK and Mainland China banking regulatory rules
• Self-motivated, analytical-minded and able to handle multi-tasks under tight schedule
• Liaise with front-line staffs/different functional units to resolve credit risk related issues
