The Client
Our client is a large Chinese conglomerate in Hong Kong.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and lead the campus recruitment and employer branding for the group
- End-to-end internship and graduate program, from university relationship, promotional campaigns, career fair, assessment and interview, rotation program, mentorship and buddies program, and career progression
- Review and develop talent souring methods and new strategies for talent attraction from top universities
- Proactively work closely with business leaders to identify L&D needs and recommend talent management strategies for people development
- Develop and implement regular induction and engagement activities as needed
- Perform ad hoc projects as assigned
Requirements:
- Minimum of 8 years of experience in campus recruitment program & employer branding from sizable corporations; with proven track record of campus recruiting strategies
- Passionate, strong communication, organizational and project management skills
- Strong connections with universities in HK & mainland
- Strong communication, interpersonal and analytical skills are required
- Good command in written Chinese, native spoken Mandarin
- Flexibility for business travel to China
