Senior Manager – HR Business Partner, based in Shanghai

Our clients are Hong Kong based company with sizeable operations in PRC. They are looking for high calibre HR professionals to join their HRBP team in Shanghai. Suitable candidates should be from MNC, preferably Fortune 500, China's Top Employer awardees. 

• Act as a Human Resources Business Partner to provide a full set of HR account services covering recruitment, performance management, employee relations, staff movement etc.
• Provide daily support to business units to ensure the business needs are properly and timely met
• Manage full cycle of recruitment and onboarding logistics
• Prepare various HR reports for management review
• Be aware of the local regulations, suggest and collaborate with the relevant HR partners to review, update and implement HR policies & procedures to ensure its legal compliance

• A bachelor’s degree in BBA, Human Resources or other related disciplines
  
• At least 10 years of work experience in HR field in sizable organisation, preferably from MNC and Fortune 500 company
• Well-versed in PRC employment laws, data privacy practices and other regulatory practices
• Strong communication, problem solving and project management skills
• People oriented and capable of teamwork
• Excellent command of written and spoken Mandarin and English
