Senior Manager, Finance and Treasury

Our client is a property investor and developer with multiple properties in tier 1 cities in greater China. 

• Based in Hong Kong, reports to Group CFO
• Responsible for the financing activities, tax and treasury functions, overseeing capital market and funding, loan documentation, treasury operations and control
• Manage the Group's debt structure, offshore loan interest and repayment schedule, and FX
• And interest rate exposure
• Arrange and manage offshore project financing and loan admin matters in collaboration with investment team
• Maintain and strengthen relationship with banks (Hong Kong and Singapore) and negotiate on financing activities
• Ensure the compliance of external regulations and internal policies
• Support any M&A related activities.

• A bachelor’s degree with professional qualification
• At least 7 years of proven experience in corporate accounting and treasury, preferably from sizable property developers with projects in PRC
• Solid knowledge of Chinese mainland treasury matters
• Excellent command of written and spoken Chinese (Cantonese and Mandarin) & English
• Immediate availability is highly preferred
