Sales Director, US Pharma Market

Our client is a start-up Pharmacy company at pre launch stage of first drug for US market.

• Lead all aspects of the company to reach company goals and by coming up with fresh ideas
• Take responsibility on company’s profit and loss, financing and compliance matters for upcoming IPO stage
• Maintain and strengthen good rapport and communicate with stakeholders, investors, regulators, governmental departments, and communities interest groups
• Develop and implement international business development strategies to medical, clinical and hospital sectors.
• Identify potential markets around the globe and plan effective sales strategies for those markets
• Establish solid and long-term connections with key stakeholders, such as distributors, clinics, hospitals and Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs), in order to cultivate new business opportunities

• Bachelor’s degree in business or related, MBA from top school preferred
• At least 15 years of experience in bioscience/ pharmacy/ healthcare related industry; extensive work experience in the business development and international marketing
• Entrepreneurial-minded, with in-depth understanding of international business strategies and regulations
• Knowledge in registration of drugs or medicinal products
• Knowledge in Food & Drug Administration’s (FDA) is a must
• Basic knowledge in drug development, pharmacovigilance, QA would be an advantage
• Outstanding organizational and time management skills
• Excellent communication and public speaking skills
• Excellent interpersonal and leadership skills
