Senior Manager (Suptech) - Intermediaries Supervision

Our client is a regulatory statutory body in Hong Kong.

• Review and enhance the existing rules, policy and requirements on cybersecurity
• Take lead on IT and data projects to better meet regulatory objectives
• Design a roadmap for data collection, establish a data management strategy
• Working with IT to implement the technical infrastructure needed to support data management and analytics work
• Implementing process to improve and manage data quality issues and designing data analytics solutions making use of appropriate platform and analytical tools and visualisation to meet needs
• Liaises with overseas stakeholders in Suptech/ Fintech related developments
• Deliver trainings or presentations whenever needed.

• Degree holder in Computer Science, Information Science, Data Science, or other related fields
• At least 10 years of relevant experience in IT with focus on cybersecurity, business intelligence and data analytics, preferably in banking or securities sector
• Hands-on experience in IT audit or IT security consulting
• knowledge of big data technologies such as machine learning Map/Reduce, Hadoop and Spark and analytical tools such as SAS, R, Python or Power BI would be an advantage.
• Proficient in spoken and written English and Chinese
