Administration Manager

Our client is a state owned Mainland Chinese company.

• Report to the Senior Manager and Head of HR and Admin based in HK
• Draft and prepare the documents for reporting, approval and communications with Mainland China headquarter
• Oversee and manage Administration functions, supervise a team of frontline staff, including Receptionists, Drivers and Office Assistant.
• Provide office-administrative support, including procurement of office supplies, maintenance of office equipment, carpool service and contract renewal of office equipment
• Review and prepare administration policies and procedures
• Perform other ad hoc assignments as required.

• A bachelor’s degree or above in Business Administration or related discipline
  
• At least 8-10 years of work experience in administration with a minimum of 5 years in a managerial role, recent experience must be with large Chinese companies, Chinese banks in HK.
• Solid experience in HK and Mainland China companies’ administration management and practise
• Good command in both written and spoken English and Chinese (Mandarin).
