Assistant Finance Manager, System & Transformation

Our client is one of Asia’s fastest-growing hotel groups with international footprint.

• Work under Finance Department to coordinate finance users with IT / vendor for Oracle Fusion ERP Cloud implementation, rollout and post-integration
• Coordinate Project tasks, user requirements, data conversion and UAT with the business users and relevant stakeholders
• Drive continuous streamlining and standardization on existing financial processes and reporting
• As the Project Lead to provide trainings to local markets’ users
• Support on the group finance functions, including but not limited to regular reporting, consolidation, audit, tax filing, budget
• Participate in ad hoc projects and assignments.

• Degree in Finance/Accounting/Information Systems or any related disciplines with certified accounting qualifications
• 5+ years’ experience in accounting field with prior user experience in Oracle Fusion ERP Cloud system
• Strong project management skills, self-motivated and stakeholder management
• Good command of spoken and written in English and Chinese (Putonghua and Cantonese).
• Occasional travel is required
