Assistant General Manager, Leasing

Our client is a HKSE listed property developer with sizable operation in retail, residential and commercial properties. 

• Assist Sector Head in managing all day-to-day retail/ commercial/ residential leasing function, team management and development
• Formulate and implement leasing strategy and annual business plan
• Lead and drive the team in handling annual business plan, budget, periodic review, forecast, strategic leasing proposal and pricing structure
• Conduct market research and analyse market trends to identify improvement and business opportunities
• To be one of the key drivers in growing and managing tenants & prospects relationships
• Lead a team to prepare reports and analysis of the development of key account tenants, the tenant mix and the business performance of each leasing operation

• Degree holder in business related disciplines
• Minimum 15 years of experience in retail/ office/ industrial/ residential leasing, preferably with major developers
• Strong business acumen with analytical thinking
• Self-motivated, result-oriented and good team player with excellent negotiation, analytical, presentation and interpersonal skills
• Possess leadership potential with strategic thinking and continuous improvement mindset
• Proficient in leasing & property-related laws and ordinances
• Good command of spoken and written English and Chinese
